TNH Check Print Workflow — End-user License Agreement
Operator: The Neighborhood Hive
Effective date: October 9, 2026
TNH Check Print Workflow is an internal tool that connects an authorized Google Sheet to QuickBooks Online to prepare accounting check transactions for The Neighborhood Hive.
The Neighborhood Hive permits its authorized staff and approved accounting representatives to use this integration for its business records. This permission is limited to authorized business use and may be withdrawn by the operator. The integration is not offered as a public service or licensed for use with unrelated businesses.
Users must have permission to access the connected Google account and QuickBooks company. They must protect credentials and review the selected company, payee, date, amount, category, bank account, and existing payments before submitting a check. Users must not use the tool for unauthorized transactions, circumvent access controls, or erase the submission history to bypass duplicate protection.
The integration creates accounting check records. It does not transfer money or mail checks. Actual printing and payment processing remain the user's responsibility. The current version supports single-category US dollar expense checks. It does not pay bills already recorded in QuickBooks. Using an expense check for an existing bill can duplicate the expense.
Duplicate protection depends on consistent invoice or payout references and an intact submission log. It does not establish that an equivalent payment was not entered manually or by another system. Errors and uncertain submissions must be reviewed before further action. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results.
Google and Intuit provide the underlying services under their respective terms. This integration is operated by The Neighborhood Hive and is not endorsed by Intuit or Google. Use requires the necessary permissions and subscriptions for those services.
The operator may maintain, change, suspend, or retire the integration. Access can be ended by removing the user's permissions or disconnecting the app from QuickBooks. Ending access does not delete existing accounting transactions or spreadsheet records.
