Keeping You in the Loop

Hello all you fantastic supporters of The Neighborhood Hive! We wanted to give you an update on the project, which is gaining some real momentum!

The final permits for the work started rolling in a couple weeks ago and the construction crew has been busy ever since. We have seen floor drains installed, electrical and water lines run through framed walls, and concrete trenches filled. This coming week we will begin to see all the work within the walls actually walled in, and floor refinishing begun!

Our energy has moved over to design elements for the free standing structures that will house our resident small businesses, and getting the final applications out to small businesses in the community.  The stuff that gets us hyped!

Our energy is also dedicated to:  Kick Starter Rewards!

T- shirts: You should have been contacted with a request for size and details on how to pick up. Many of you already have your shirts...yay!

Totes: These black totes have been printed and look GREAT! If you haven't received details on how to pick your up, please reach out. Many have already been picked up or shipped.

Local Gift Baskets: these are being assembled as we speak and will roll out in 2 groups. You will get an email this week or next letting you know when they are ready for pickup :)

Stickers & Cards: these should be in the mail within a couple weeks.

Class Passes and Opening Party: stay tuned!

It is all very exciting, and we certainly hope we can line things up before the holidays. In the mean time we are having our Saturday Pop-Up Markets in the parking lot  from 9 - 1. This gives Olio Skin & Beard, and The Bean Whole a version of a "store front" since theirs (just up the block) was demolished. We have also had the most wonderful local vendors join us each week! So come on by for the best food, sweets, artisan crafts, coffee and more.  Hello!Bulk is also there accepting drop offs of empty containers from 9-10:30 and returning with them filled from 12 - 1. They are so excited to bring REFILL to the east side!
